Editorial Policy of the Journal

1. Scientific articles, scientific reviews, reviews are accepted for publication in the journal "Russian Law: Education, Practice, Science" corresponding to the topic of the issue, previously not published and designed under the established requirements.

For publication are also accepted materials in which the results of interdisciplinary research if its research touches on legal problems.

The journal doesn't accept reviews of scientific articles for publication.

2. The journal considers only materials that were sent by the author (one of the co-authors) through the personal account of the author (one of the co-authors) as a separate file in Word or RTF format through the submission page.

To do this, the authors need to register on the journal's website. After registration, the author should log in to his personal account using his account data, select the role of the author and start sending the work.

3. Articles are sent in Russian or Englisch with an obligatory attachment of abstracts in Russian and English and keywords in Russian and English, as well as the list of references (including at least ten scientific sources - monographs, articles in scientific journals), designed according to the requirements of the editorial board, and References (transliterated list of references) according to the demands of Harvard citation system.

The Editorial Board has the right to reject articles that do not comply with the requirements outlined in these rules and their appendices.

3. Graduate student articles must be accompanied by the supervisor's recommendation (scanned copies). It does not replace the review and cancels the internal review, which is mandatory.

4. The Editorial Board organizes internal reviewing of all manuscripts of scientific articles, scientific reviews, reviews sent for publication based on the principle of double-blind (anonymous) reviewing

5. The editorial board gives preference in the order of publication to the materials providing representation of problems of different branches of legal science and scientific schools on the pages of the journal. At the same time, there is no preference for materials about Russian law issues.

The editors determine the specific issue of the journal in which the corresponding material will place, based on the issue topic.

6. The material is subject to stylistic processing and proofreading without changing the meaning and main content before publication. At the editorial board's discretion, the journal can short the material.

7. The author shall sign an agreement with the publisher on the alienation of exclusive rights to the work submitted for publication before the publication of the respective issue.

8. The editorial board has the right at its discretion to place published materials on the journal's website, on the eLIBRARY.RU platform, as well as on other databases on the Internet, with scientific information, while maintaining the author (authors).

9. All materials submitted by the authors are published free of charge. The Editorial Board does not consider the authors' offers for paid publications, including urgent ones.

10. The editorial board does not pay royalties to the authors of the articles.
