Development of the law examination's algorithm used in the study process

Abstract

There is specific problem based on educational standard's requirements to form student's skills to examination laws and regulations to choose а algorithm of examination used in the study process. The authors developing the proposed approach use some methods such as: research of their own teaching experience; analysis various rules of examinations; generalization of information about different research methods; author's preliminary research similar to student's research with fixing the timing of step and operations. The paper is discussed some questions, in particular: 1) is it necessary to develop the algorithm of examination for the study process or to use the algorithm applicable in practice; 2) detailing of examination's algorithm and the opportunities for the student to determine the algorithm of his work independently; 3) probable stages of examination; 4) in the case required assessment of the real or potentially law's actual impact the need to include in the examination algorithm a hypothesis empirical verification is justified, and the grounds for choosing a way of empirical verification for use by students are discussed; 5) in the case of the specific way of empirical verification, the means for its application in the law's examination as a study task are discussed. The result of the research is the development of the algorithm of laws and regulations examination used in the study process. And the article allows to develop on the basis of the provisions indicated in it other algorithm of examination, adapting them to specific conditions of teaching.
