Abstract

The article lays down provisions on the formation of knowledge about the concept of traces, Philosophical and terminological foundations of modern definition. From The Totality of all sorts of Obstinately the STV the theory of traces acquired the importance in the science of criminology, the fruit of which was the appearance in the legal literature of many essays about this subject.      The article expresses judgments about the need to develop a forensic teaching on traces, considering the needs of criminal justice practice and modern advances in forensic science, other scientific disciplines. Within the framework of this private-area structure, a comprehensive study is presented, not only material, but also ideal traces of crime and non-criminal actions. Attention is drawn to the need for a more flexible system-structural approach to the development of practical recommendations for the study of combinations, complex traces of pre-criminal, criminal, and post-criminal activities.
