Only branch of legislation that has remained unchanged in modern Russia
Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of the state of legal regulation of relations in the field of prevention of juvenile delinquency, which currently represents a large array of outdated and non-systemic norms and rules characterized by conflict, gap and contradiction. The author concludes that there is an obvious urgent need to create an integrated system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency that meets the modern social, cultural, economic situation, international obligations assumed by the Russian Federation, since this branch of legislation still continues to be a heavy and lopsided legacy of the Soviet period.
