The Essence and Characteristic Features of the Detection of Traces of a Crime

Abstract

The author analyzes the process of detection, accumulation and use of information emerged under certain conditions and contained in the traces. The concept of detecting traces is understood as their search, finding, identifying them. At the same time, attention is paid to certain objects of matter that are important for the mentally restored event. Basically, such work is carried out as part of preliminary investigation through the implementation of investigative actions. Sometimes this is possible in a court hearing.
Traces can be detected, investigated and even used with the help of both procedural and nonprocedural means. The author also emphasizes that the covered directly perceived traces of events and phenomena related to crimes have their own special characteristics. Their knowledge ensures
the use of adequate modern technology, the effective application of physical and chemical research
methods.
