Abstract

This work is devoted to the issues of restructuring of judicial links and moderate automation of the
work of court staff in Finland, in order to reduce the role of the human factor and bureaucratization
in the judicial procedure.
The subject of the study are the norms of the law in the relevant field, as well as the provisions of international agreements regulating the mechanisms of justice from the point of view of the structure of the Finnish judicial system and its procedural content. The purpose of the work is to form an idea of the functioning of the Finnish judicial system in order to find proposals for a moderate reception of its development experience both in reforming judicial links and in terms of the introduction of information technologies. The methodological basis of the research were formal legal and comparative legal methods, systematic approach and logical analysis. The theoretical and methodological basis was formed by the works of domestic and foreign authors on the relevant topic.
It is noted that the issues of accessibility of justice for the population of Finland are solved by lawmakers not only in terms of rethinking the model of the judiciary, but also through the introduction of electronic technologies. The experience of introducing additional restrictions in terms of the procedure for appealing judicial acts is also considered.
