Abstract

The digitalization of public administration is a global trend. And the Russian Federation is implementing very competitive, ambitious programs and projects, which ultimately allows us to bring the executive power and, in particular, the provision of public services, as well as public functions, to a significantly new level. The authors of this article set the main goal of the study to analyze the phenomena of "digitalization" and "digital transformation" of executive authorities, to understand what consequences these processes lead to and how the general digitalization of the Russian economy and authorities affects decision-making mechanisms at all levels, as well as any other consequences that may arise under the influence of its factors. As part of the study, the authors provide general conclusions, highlight the pros and cons of the digitalization of executive authorities.
