Transformation of Citizens' Appeals into a Digital Environment Using Modern Information Technologies

Abstract

The article is devoted to the transformation of citizens' appeals to the digital environment using modern information technologies, noting their multitude, imperfection and various legal regulations. The author pays special attention to the need to create unified federal and regional portals for submitting appeals, to the absence and necessity of creating a system for working with citizens' appeals that meets the principle of ensuring a unified approach to working with citizens' appeals in order to improve the efficiency of considering appeals and bringing the results of such consideration to the addressee, increasing the mobility of authorities when considering appeals through the introduction of unified mechanisms for processing requests based on the automated office management systems used. Special attention is paid to the need to ensure the requirements of information security, primarily for the safety of personal and other data of citizens. The publication was prepared on the basis of the general scientific dialectical method. The special methods used in the preparation of the publication are: system-structural, formal-legal, logical and comparative-legal. The appeals of citizens in this article mean the appeals of citizens, associations of citizens, including legal entities.
