Ideological Factors of Social Design in the Legal Dimension. Counteraction to Anti-Social Ideologies

Abstract

The article examines the processes of self-organization in a modern society of a sovereign-progressive type, that is, a society in which economic and cultural development programs are implemented at the expense of the state's own resources, without any encroachments on economic dominance in the regime of a politically unipolar reshaping of the world market – which is manifested, for example, in manipulations of destructive "sanctions" by states of an aggressively progressive type. The concept of the leading role of ideological factors in the self-organization of the information society is substantiated. Specific versions of antisocial ideologies are considered and classified. In the context of the theory of social construction, based on the analysis of strategic planning documents and regulatory legal acts, a system of measures and methods of countering antisocial ideologies in society has been built in order to ensure law and order corresponding to the sovereign progressive type of society to which Russia belongs.
