The Expansion of Executive Power as an Objective Pattern of the Development of Public Law and Order

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of executive power in relation to the ongoing transformations of the Russian public order. The author substantiates the idea of the natural growth of executive power, identifies a number of typical and exclusive forms of its expansion, while paying special attention to the criticism of new concepts in administrative science that are alien to its essence and fundamental purpose.
